* An exit cleaning fee is assessed on each reservation for $199.00 +tax

* Hawaii GET and TAT taxes at a rate of 17.962% are assessed on the nightly rate and exit cleaning.

* Late checkout for ½ the published nightly rate may be available from May-October. 
  Late checkout not available from November-April. Please plan accordingly.
* Refundable Damage Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of $500 is required.

* Payment terms may vary for 30+ night stays
