* WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO ON MAUI?

 Kahului Airport. Airport Code: OGG. Taxis, Uber & Lyft are available. It's approximately 25 minutes from the airport to our home.

* WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR YOUR CONDOS?

 The maximum occupancy for all condos is 4.

* DO I NEED A RENTAL CAR WHILE ON MAUI?

 Restaurants, shopping & beaches are all within walking distance of our properties. However, there's so much to explore while on Maui, that you'll want to rent a car during your stay.

* WHEN WILL I RECEIVE DIRECTIONS TO YOUR HOME? DO I HAVE TO CHECK IN AT A DESK? WILL I NEED A KEY?

Approximately one week prior to your arrival date, I'll be forwarding documents with driving directions, check-in & check-out procedures and an inventory of the unit so you'll know what you need to bring and what you can leave at home. No need to check in at a front desk for our
Wailea Ekolu units. At Kamaole Sands, you will be required to check-in at a front desk upon arrival. A representative is available 24/7. 
For your convenience and safety, we use coded locks. You'll be assigned a code. No keys to pick up. 

* WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT? CAN WE ARRANGE FOR EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT?

 Check in is 3:00pm, check-out is 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are available from May-October if the calendar allows. Late
check-out must be scheduled at time of booking. It is not available from November-April so please plan accordingly if you have a red-eye flight.

* DO YOU HAVE WIFI? 
 Yes, we offer high speed wireless internet at all locations.
    

* IS PARKING FREE? HOW MANY PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE? 

Parking is FREE at all of our properties. We have one space at each of our units. Parking is assigned at Kamaole Sands. There is no assigned parking at Wailea Ekolu.
    

* IS YOUR PROPERTY HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE OR APPROPRIATE FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY? 

All of our properties are located on the ground floor level. There are no steps to access the units from the parking areas. There are no steps on the interior of the units. Please refer to photos for each property to view mobility access to see that it suits your needs throughout.
    

* HOW CLOSE ARE YOR PROPERTIES TO BEACHES?

Our Kamaole Sands unit is directly across the street from the fabulous Kamaole III beach-just a minute or two walk from our condo. Wailea units have amazing ocean views. Beaches are about a 10-15 stroll from our Wailea condos. If you enjoy a variety of beach experiences, you'll want to visit the many beaches in South Maui to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, SUP or simply laying on the beach-all just a few minutes by car.

* HOW CLOSE ARE YOUR PROPERTIES TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING?

A variety of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance to all of our condos. The Kamaole Shopping Center and Rainbow Shopping Center are walkable from our Kamaole Sands unit. The popular Shops of Wailea, Wailea Village Center and Wailea Gateway Center are just a short walk from our Wailea Ekolu condos. All include a variety of restaurants and shopping.

* NOW THAT POT IS LEGAL IN HAWAII, DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN YOUR CONDOS?

We're sorry, but there is NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind permitted in any of our units or on the lanai. Smoking is prohibited in all condos, on all lanais, stairs, landings, pools, pavilions and within 20 feet of buildings. At our Kamaole Sands property, there are several designated smoking areas around the property.

* NATURAL DISASTERS OR OTHER MAJOR EVENTS? We do not offer refunds.
Although we do everything to make your stay as carefree as possible, we can not control, nor are we responsible for natural disasters (weather or otherwise) or any other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend Travelers Insurance. Choose a CFAR policy - Cancel For Any Reason.

* CAN I HOST AN EVENT OR CELEBRATION AT YOUR HOME?
We do not allow events or celebrations such as weddings, wedding rehearsals, birthday parties, bachelor parties, etc. We also ask that you abide by the noise ordinances of each of our properties with quiet hours from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Thank you.
