Hawaii State and Maui County taxes are subject to change at any time. If the State or County raises taxes after a reservation has been confirmed, an additional payment request will be submitted for charges relating to the new tax rate.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

* Booking Guest is required to provide a government-issued form of ID including address for the rental.

* Hawaii GET, TAT & County taxes at a rate of 18.712% are assessed on nightly rate and exit cleaning.

* Booking Guest will be required to supply the name of all adult guests and ages of any children.

* Refundable Damage Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of $500 is required.

* Late checkout for ½ the published nightly rate may be available from May-October. 

   Late checkout not available from November-April. Please plan accordingly.

* Booking Guest will be required to sign a separate rental agreement.

* An exit cleaning fee is assessed on each reservation for $199.00 +tax

* Must be minimum 21 years of age to rent this condo.

* Payment terms may vary for 30+ night stays

* Cancel Policy: Guest(s) must cancel 30 days prior to check-in date to receive a refund. Within 30 days, a prorated refund will be available if we are able to re-rent the unit. For reservations 31+ nights, guest must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. An administrative fee of $100, will be charged for all cancellations. This applies to a reduction of rentals night within the reservation as well. Cancellation Policy will vary for extended stay of 61+ nights. Any refunds would be issued on original arrival date.
